TSL GLOBAL is an advisory and business consulting firm named after its founder “Tshephiso Sphiwesihle Lesiba Masenya”. The company started off as an events company inspired by the founders involvement in university societies where she led a student society. There she organised varsity excursions, development workshops and community events bridging the gap for students between academic theory and practice. She was extremely involved in community services and engagements raising funds and managing events on budget. Her success attracted post-graduate students who wanted to be married on campus to approach her to organise their weddings. She excelled! And TSL Global was formed.

Between 2009 and 2012, the company focussed on events, business development and socio development programmes across the country. It supported community-based organisations and churches to register their entities either as NPO’s or co-operatives; thereafter maintaining their compliance status through the drafting and submission of their annual reports and fulfilling other statutory requirements. The company further supported SMME’s during their start-up phases with marketing, concept and proposal development, as well as business planning.

TSL Global got its financial break-through in 2014 after managing to secure two long term projects, with two major entities. One project looking at SMME business development, coaching, brand management, branding, marketing and printing and the other through a joint venture with a Clinical Psychologist focussing on human performance, coaching and training. During this period until financial year end 2018, TSL Global grew exponentially, with seven full time employees, 3 part-time consultants and a valuable network of associates.
