Tshephiso currently manages, monitors and advices a number of company’s financial growth and development, initiates and implements governance processes and performs due diligence on transaction sales.  She has mentored and coached over 50 SMME’s, developed numerous business plans and strategies that have acquired funding beyond R50mil

She is a former Special Advisor to the Premier of Mpumalanga Province. Her greatest achievement was her successful facilitation and coordination-support of Mpumalanga’s first PPP Symposium and Project Showcase in 2018, where she actively promoted investment partnerships in an effort to strengthen and further promote public private partnerships (PPP’s) in the province. One of her major highlights is drafting and ensuring the successful signing of MOU’s between the Mpumalanga Government and private entities.

She previously worked for the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa under the Parliamentary Millennium Programme as a Research Coordinator, where she co-ordinated and facilitated the national gender-focussed programmes, facilitated the national children and youth programme, and led the production of an Inter-generational Dialogue documentary. Through all the creative programmes, she would analyse the content written/spoken by the various participants, extract the political, social and economic challenges highlighted to draft submissions for presentation to Members of Parliament and the different Provincial Legislatures. Thus filtering the voices of the participants into the legislative system and affording them the opportunity to influence the oversight work of Members.

She worked as a project manager for two community based organisations established by the Western Cape Provincial government and the National Development Agency (NDA). She would ensure that the projects were self-sustaining by setting up governance structures, establishment of policies and financial systems and finding long term markets for the projects. Tshephiso has spoken on various platforms both nationally and internationally, and continues to be a guest speaker on radio stations and events on variety of topics related to women in business and the workplace, health and personal well-being; gender development and business in general. She is an assertive, confident, enthusiastic and dynamic leader, wife and mother of two, who is well groomed and mature. She is able to deal with complex situations, turn problems into solutions and always finds a way to make processes work.
